Intelligent Access
InServe’s Intelligent Access services aim to provide innovative solutions for clients. We provide efficient solutions that decrease inspection costs by reducing labor, downtime, and more.
Scaffolding
Access high elevations for comprehensive inspections. We provide safe scaffold construction and inspection.
Drones
Cover large areas and inspect hard-to-reach places without having to put anyone’s safety at risk.
Rope Access
Our experts access high elevations or other difficult to reach locations without scaffolding or heavy machinery.
Intelligent Access Means Smart Solutions
Intelligent Access Means Smart Solutions
InServe’s Intelligent Access services are designed to equip facilities in surveying equipment to review their current condition and evaluate overall reliability. Undetected problems at any facility can cause financial losses, reduced output quality, extended downtime, and unacceptable safety risks. Inspections are necessary, but they aren’t always easy.
That’s where our intelligent access services come in. We have extensive experience identifying the most accurate, safest, and most cost-effective way to evaluate your assets. Intelligent access closes gaps in hard-to-reach areas and accurately detects the source of problems that might otherwise be missed.
Intelligent Access Services
Scaffolding
Sometimes the obvious solution is the one that makes the most sense. After evaluating your needs, traditional scaffolding may the most cost-effective option. If it is, we can set up the right structure for the job and use it for inspections.
Rope Access
The Industrial Rope Access Trade Association (IRATA) calls ropes as the “unrivaled safe working solution” for enterprises having to work from heights. Let InServe’s highly specialized team put this cost-effective solution to work for you.
Drones
The use of drones has revolutionized the approach for industrial inspection as it can safely and efficiently perform visual inspections of your assets. The equipment used by InServe provides solutions for external and internal visual inspection as well as Non-Destructive Testing of your assets.
Divers
InServe’s team can inspect pressure vessels and storage tanks when conditions permit, sometimes without clients having to relocate non-toxic contents. This solution provides accurate data without substance disposal or downtime.
Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV)
Robotics use is an innovation we’re thrilled to offer clients. As of example, our diving robot can perform internal inspections in situations where the product is potentially hazardous to divers and keep from having to expose them to associated risks. Other ROVs can be used to safely evaluate your assets in several complex conditions.
F.A.Q.
We’re here to answer your questions about how Intelligent Access Services can benefit your facility. If you don’t see your question answered here, feel free to get in touch.
What are the benefits of intelligent access services using drones?
Drones collect visual data without inspectors having to place themselves in danger. It’s possible to examine every square inch of boilers, chimneys, towers, and other hazardous areas. There are reduced risk, less downtime, a lower cost than some other methods, and the collected video acts as a digital record of the asset’s condition.
For what types of inspections might I need rope access services?
Plants, manufacturing facilities, mills, and other organizations need rope access for things like chimney inspections, smokestack inspections, boiler inspections, communication towers, derricks, and other hard to reach places.
How does using intelligent access services save money on pressure vessel and storage tank inspections?
In the past, often pressure vessels and storage tanks had to be drained before an inspection. That means what they contained was temporarily unavailable. If a storage tank contained water stored in case of fire, it would be temporarily unavailable to protect facility assets. If some other liquid was involved, disposal and replacement could be costly. Now, our intelligent access services allow inspectors to evaluate tanks and pressure vessels without them needing to be drained. No material is lost, and downtime is minimized, and sometimes not necessary at all.
