Founding Partner & CEO

Randy Camardelle

My name is Randy Camardelle. My awesome wife, Katie and I have three wonderful kids. I love my family. Everything I do is for them.

I spend most of my time with my family riding our go-cart, camping in our RV, or hanging out with my fellow veterans and veteran groups Krewe de Valhalla and SWLA Veterans Association. I’ve made many good friends there and we all get together often to spend time with each other.

I’m originally from the New Orleans area but moved away when I joined the USMC in early 2003. I deployed to the Al Anbar province of Iraq twice in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom.

My mechanical Integrity journey began in US Marine Corps Aviation. Working on CH-46E, AH 1 Cobra, and UH-1 Huey helicopter platforms, I built my foundation of quality control and assurance.

Aviation is a strong passion and hobby, made for an enjoyable way of building foundational knowledge and skills. Marine Corps aviation is also a great place to build a strong work ethic.

After the Marines, I had the opportunity to join a company as a field drafter in the Oil and Gas industry. Drafting led to NDE/NDT, which led to API certifications. After working as a contract inspector and Owner/User inspector, the opportunity presented itself to start my own company.

A USMC friend and fellow inspector reached out with an opportunity to be subcontracted for inspection work. With that Joe and I started FTK Inspection Services, LLC, which stands for “For the Kids”. What better reason for starting a company than to have something for your children to learn and grow in?

This led to one large contract that Joe and I played a crucial role in securing. Work snowballed from there. We reinvested every penny into the company, saving money and making smart business moves along the way.

By the time Jan 2020 came around and COVID decided it would disrupt our revenue stream we had already prepared for what would be the worst. We made it, and our company survived.

Because of the smart moves we made in 2019 we insulated ourselves from loss in 2020, we actually grew a little compared to 2019.

Today we continue that tradition of making good quality decisions and acting responsibly with our company. If you’ve made it this far reading, thank you! I hope we meet because we are excited to forge a good relationship with you and make you a part of our company’s history!
